Your domain remains yours. After the initial 12 months, you can continue with Website Care or move the website elsewhere. Early transfer is available by settling the remaining website balance.

The monthly update allowance covers one small change of up to approximately 30 minutes. Unused time may be banked for future months, up to a maximum of 90 minutes of stored update time at any one time. Banked time covers ongoing content changes and small adjustments, not new features or larger projects.

Essential Business Website projects are normally paid:

Growth, Booking and Advanced projects are normally paid:

  • • 50% before work begins
  • • 30% after the design direction is approved
  • • 20% before launch

Projects are paid in agreed stages. Final payment is due before launch, transfer or handover.

How revisions work

  • • Essential includes two organised revision rounds
  • • Growth includes three organised revision rounds
  • • Booking includes three organised revision rounds
  • • Advanced projects are agreed during scoping

Each revision round means one consolidated list of feedback. Additional pages, new functionality or a complete change in direction are treated as additional scope.

Ownership and ongoing costs

Your domain remains yours. One-off clients receive ownership and handover of the completed agreed website once final payment has been received. Third-party platforms and subscriptions remain subject to their own terms.

Third-party services such as premium booking platforms, payment processors, email tools, specialist plugins and paid services are charged separately where required.

Tyvaro is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to the prices shown.
